9:15 am, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm (Monday-Thursday)

Fit For Life Bootcamp (located at Ralph Castro’s Kenpo Karate)

6am and 7am (Mon-Thurs)

5pm and 6pm (Tues/Thurs) and 9am Saturday

6am and 7am (Mon-Thurs)

 

Mountain View, CA
Fit Body Boot Camp in Mountain View (Located at Gold Star Gymnastics)

6am and 7am (Monday – Thursday)

The small-group personal training class times are listed here. The small-group personal training are 3x’s per week and run 55 minutes:

  • 5:30pm Mon/Tues/Thurs
  • 6pm Mon/Tues/Thurs
  • 7pm Mon/Tues/Thurs
