Bootcamp

Our flagship program is THE #1 fitness program in the Bay Area, the Fit For Life Bootcamp! We want you to know that our boot camp is NOT a class. What set’s us apart from classes or even other bootcamps i our proven, signature training system – the Fit For Life “Before and After” Fitness Formula.

NLT

NLT is one-on-one personal training at 2 or 3 times per week in 30 or 50 minute sessions…and it comes with FREE bootcamp! Whether you’re looking to get from the couch to the training floor, or you’re currently training and you want to take it to the “next level”, NLT is for YOU!

IGT

Our third option is our newest and has quickly become our most popular training option! It’s called IGT and it stands for “Intensive Group Training”. IGT is a 3 times per week training program with a personal trainer in a small-group of 6-10 people. IGT is a great way to get the accountability and training from a personal trainer without the high-cost of one-on-one personal training. Not only that, but training in a tight-knit, small-group is the perfect way to make friends with like-minded people who are looking to get (and stay) in shape, just like YOU are!
