This is a quote that I implement into my own personal life in many areas. I believe in being an â€œover-shooterâ€ in goals and dreams! I want you to use this motto in your life.Â Not only in your fitness goals, but in your own life.Â Â
Don’t let the â€œmen”Â part throw you off.Â Â ThisÂ applies toÂ you too ladies!Â Â When you say you are going toÂ change upÂ your dietÂ â€œa bitâ€…. How effective do you think â€œa bitâ€ reallyÂ is? It is practically giving up before you start.Â HowÂ happy would you be ifÂ you came into one of our locations and we said we would helpÂ you getÂ â€œa bitâ€ of results? Â NOT HAPPY!
So why devalue your self, results, dreams, hopes, etc.?Â What’sÂ wrong with shooting for the moon? If you fall short youÂ will still be way farther than settling for that “comfortable”Â goal that you weren’t very excited about. I believe if you dreamÂ BIG then the excitement remains beyond the initial stages;Â theÂ encouragement lastsÂ longer and you strive farther with biggerÂ goals.
Like Trump says, â€œIf you are going to be thinking anyway, youÂ might as well think big.â€ I love applying this awesome quote in myÂ life.Â I’m a big dreamer and thinker.Â Maybe I evenÂ dream a little biggerÂ than I can handle, bbbuuuutttt I do it anyway :). Â ThisÂ is something no one can take away from me, and I hope you don’t allow anyone to rob you of your dreams either!
So think about this just for a minute: InÂ what ways will you apply this to your fitness goals?Â Will you shoot for the moon? Will you decide toÂ over achieve? Or willÂ you want and shoot forÂ what the averageÂ person goes for? DoÂ me a favor, email your bootcamp trainer right now! Send them a goal, a dream, your dream! Â Anything… running a marathon, losingÂ 50 pounds, getting aÂ bikini body in time forÂ summer. I hope IÂ hear from the bootcamp trainers that their emails are overloaded!
