Danny has his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching and Communications. He was alsoÂ a highly competitive baseball player for over 16 years and wanted a way to continue to work hands-on and close with athletics and people. “Physical fitness has always been a big part of my life and I want to pass my knowledge about it onto anyone I can help out. With focus and hard work all your goals can be achieved.”
Matt Brown – Head Trainer
Matt has been a personal trainer for almost ten years now. He is an ISSA and NASM Certified trainer. Matt also hold certifications in kickboxing, nutrition, and group fitness classes. He enjoys helping our clients achieve not only their fitness goals, but improve their quality of life as well. If you take care of your physical health, then other parts of your life fall into place as well.
